    Heads Up!  The Chiropractic Seminar is in the box again, so same drill as last time.  Park out front and come around the building to the back.  MetCon:  5 RFT Row x 500m Run x 400m This can be an excellent "recovery" MetCon, so go at about a 75% effort pace.  This can also be an excellent endurance test and really get after it.  Choice is yours.  Post Workout Auxiliary: Tire Flips 4 x 50m Sledge Slams 4 x 20
