Welcome to CrossFit Kennesaw, where fitness, strength, confidence, and fun converge!  Crossfit Kennesaw is an established Crossfit facility located in the shadow of Kennesaw Mountain, in Marietta, Georgia.  We have been part of the Marietta/Kennesaw community since June of 2010.  We welcome all levels of fitness and our classes are scalable to your abilities.  Our members range from National level competitors, to fresh off the couch, and everything in between.  Our entire coaching staff is certified in many areas of expertise including Olympic Lifting, Sport Kettlebell Lifting, Crossfit Kids, and Strength and Conditioning for Sport.  So if you are looking to get into shape, lose weight, gain strength, or be the next "Fittest on Earth", come in today and be part of our community. 


“We Got This” team competition at CrossFit Kennesaw.

Here’s the quick and dirty. Sunday April 27th, we are running a 3 person team competition at CFK. Check in will be at 8:00 Sunday morning. You and your teammates will compete in three different WODs. The first WOD will start at 9:00. The whole event should be done by 3:00 or so. “We Got This” will be capped at 35 teams, so make sure to sign up today.


Teams – The teams will be 3 men or 3 women only. No mixed teams. This competition is meant for folks who want to be a part of a fun filled day, with some good competition. WODs will be defined, and movement standards will be set. It is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned vets.


Divisions – There will be 2 divisions, scaled and intermediate. The scaled division is designed for anyone who wants to compete. The movements will be well known and attainable. The intermediate division will have some more complex movements and heavier weights.

Date/Time – Sunday April 27th. Registration opens at 8am. First WOD starts at 9am. We should be done by 3:00.

Cost $150/Team – If you register before 4/12, you will get a t-shirt the day of the competition. After 4/12, registration will be $180, so make sure to register early.  We will accept cash, check, or charge in person prior to 4/12. We can also take a charge over the phone. Please one payment per team. Registration closes 4/22, or when we hit capacity.


Volunteers- We will also need 15-20 volunteers for the event, so please let us know if you can help out.

    Strength: Clean + Front Squat 6 x 1 + 3 starting at 65% of Clean 1RM.  Increase by 5% each round until you fail and then go back to last successful set and finish.  MetCon: For Time: Run x 100 KB Swings (32/24, 24 or 28/20) x 50 Burpees x 5 Run x 200 KB Swings x 40 Burpees x 5 Run x 300 (Will be marked by cone to the right) KB Swings x 30 Burpees x 5 Run x 400 KB Swings x 20 Burpees x 5 Auxiliary: DB Curls 4 x 10 Ring Dips 4 x 8-10
